What if have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can request a new password in the forgotten password section on My Account page. All you require is an email address which you have registered with.

How do I know my order has been received?

Once you have successfully completed your order via the checkout stage, an order confirmation will be sent automatically (subject to your payment being accepted by our 3rd party payment processor).

How do you protect my information?

My delivery

How can I track/progress my order?

On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Another email will be sent to acknowledge the order as having been placed upon our system, ready for processing. The details pertaining to your particular order, including delivery times, will be issued within these emails.

What paperwork is sent with my delivery?

An Advice Note will be packed with the goods.

How can I pay for my purchases?

Credit account or valid credit/debit card. On reaching the checkout, you can chose which method of payment you would like to use.

What currencies do you accept?

We currently only accept payments in Pound Sterling.
