Once you have successfully completed your order via the checkout stage, an order confirmation will be sent automatically (subject to your payment being accepted by our 3rd party payment processor).

On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Another email will be sent to acknowledge the order as having been placed upon our system, ready for processing. The details pertaining to your particular order, including delivery times, will be issued within these emails.

An Advice Note will be packed with the goods.
