Estimated Dispatch Dates
Our estimated dispatch dates are based on the latest stock and lead time data available to us on a daily basis. Please note that there are occasionally exceptions to this estimation – e.g. items over a certain quantity, high seasonal demand or made to order products. Expected delivery dates are detailed on all official order acknowledgements.
Many stock items are dispatched the same day, normally for delivery within 24 hours. This only applies to items that are being despatched from our own warehouse and when your order is placed before 5pm. There is no extra charge for this service.
Every item is fully insured against loss or damage so we can guarantee the safe arrival of your order.
All prices include delivery to UK mainland (unless otherwise stated). Deliveries to Eire, UK offshore or International locations would need to be reviewed and advised accordingly. Deliveries required on a specific day/time would also have to be reviewed and advised accordingly.
Any additional charges would be discussed and agreed prior to order process and dispatch.
