Pricing
All prices exclude VAT at the applicable rate and include free delivery to Mainland UK with the exception of orders under £100, where a £10 administration charge will be made.
Orders for products in the "Office Essentials" category will incur a £3.90 delivery charge irrespective of order value, but the £10 administration referred to above will not apply for orders below £100 In the event of exceptional raw material and commodity price volatility Welco reserves the right to adjust the catalogue price of affected products accordingly. In such an event, the price would be confirmed and agreed at the point of order

TERMS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit card or payment in full prior to shipment. Credit cards will be accepted at the point of sale and are subject to the usual security checks and approvals from the card issuer prior to delivery. New accounts over £500 in value will be eligible for instant credit, although this will only be provided at the discretion of the company and may be withdrawn at any time. For account customers, payment is due within 30 days from date of invoice.

Notification of shortage in delivery or of damaged goods must reach us within 3 days of delivery
RETURN OF GOODS
In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with any product, please contact us without delay. Should the goods be faulty or if we have delivered the wrong type of product, we guarantee to accept the return of such goods without charge. You have up to seven working days in which to return the goods. When the goods have been incorrectly ordered and if return of goods is accepted, a charge of 25% of the original contract price of the goods will be made, plus the cost of carriage both ways.

RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods shall remain the property of Brady trading as Welco until full payment has been received and cleared.
