Q. How can I request a catalogue?
A. Click "Request a Catalogue" on the right hand side of the page. Complete details, select catalogue and click Send Request. A catalogue will be sent to you shortly. If you would like to view the digital versions of our catalogues, our Big Book, Education and Health catalogues are available online.
Q. What if I’ve forgotten my Password?
A. Simply click on the "My Account Link" and enter the email address your account is registered to in the "Forgotten your password" area. You will then be emailed your password.

Q. How can I track/progress my order?
A. On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to firstly acknowledge receipt of your order and then to acknowledge payment. A third email will be sent to acknowledge the order as having been placed upon our system, ready for processing. The details pertaining to your particular order, including delivery times, will be issued within these emails.

Q. How can I pay for my purchases?
A. Credit account or valid credit/debit card. On reaching the checkout, there will be a drop down box in which you can select which method of payment you would like to use.
Q. How do I know that my order has been received?
A. Once you have successfully completed your order via the checkout stage, an order confirmation will be sent automatically (subject to your payment being accepted by our 3rd party payment processor).

Q. What paperwork is sent with my delivery?
A. An Advice Note will be packed with the goods.
Q. What currencies do you accept?
A. We currently only accept payments in Pound Sterling.
