Q. How can I request a catalogue?

A. Click 'Catalogues' on the main page header. Complete details, select catalogue and click Send Request. Confirm your details by clicking 'Yes'. A catalogue will be sent to you shortly.

Q. What if I’ve forgotten my Password?

A. Click 'Login Help' on the main page header then click on the 'hint' button to display your password hint. If you still can’t remember it click on the email button to receive an email containing your password.

Q. What if I’ve forgotten my Username?

A. Please use the Call Me button to contact us and we will find your username from our records.

Q. How can I track/progress my order?

A. Please use the Call Me button or call us direct on 0870 420 9000 to progress your order.

Q. Can I contact you by e-mail?

A. Click 'Contact' on the main page header.

Q. How can I pay for my purchases?

A. Credit account or valid credit/debit card.

Q. How do I know that my order has been received?

A. You should be given an order reference when you place (or save) an order. It will start with a ‘W’. Once we have accepted your order we will send you an e-mail to confirm this. We will send an Order Acknowledgement through the post which you should receive within a couple of days.

Q. How do you protect my information?

Q. What paperwork is sent with my delivery?

A. An Advice Note will be packed with the goods.

Q. What if the SELECT or SAVE AS QUOTE button does not appear to work?

A. Check that you have not minimised the window and that it is not hidden by another window on your computer's desktop.
